Spicy and crispy  Potato Roast for lunch....



Preparation time: 20 mins
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

Potato: 1/2 kg
Sambar powder: 2 tblspn
Salt as per taste

Method:


  • Heat some oil in  kadai and add the chopped the Potatoes  and saute till it is slightly roasted
  • Cover and fry the potatoes
  • Once the Potatoes is cooked well add the salt as per taste and sambar powder and mix well, let it simmer for 15 mins to get a crunchy texture to it


Super spicy and crispy Potato Roast  is ready

Best eaten  with hot dal, rasam or curd rice.
