Vazhakkai Roast
Chettinadu Style Vazhakkai Roast is a perfect side dish for South Indian lunch

Ingredients:
Raw Banana: 2 nos
garlic: 5 pods
curry leaves: 10 leaves
sauf: 1 tblspn
turmeric powder: 1/2 tspn
sambar powder: 2tblspn
cooking oil: 4 tblspn
salt as per taste

turmeric powder: 1/2 tspn
sambar powder: 2tblspn

Pre-preparation:
- Cut the raw banana in a desire shape in soak in water
- Grind the garlic,sauf and curry leaves in a mixer grind and keep it ready
Method:
- Heat the oil in a kadai
- Add the raw banana cover and roast it until it becomes soft in high flame
- Add the ground paste and saute well
- Add turmeric powder,Sambhar powder, salt as per taste and mix well and roast it in low flame for 10 mins,add oil if required
- Once everything turns roasted switch off the flame
Chettinadu Style Vazhakkai Roast is ready to eat
Best Served with South Indian Thali as side dish
