Vendakkai roast.....Bhindi fry or bendekai fry
Just 3 ingredients....tasty Vendakkai roast for dal and curd rice....!!!!
Preparation time: 20 mins
Serves: 3
Ingredients:
Ladys finger: 1/2 kg
Sambar powder: 2 tblspn
Salt as per taste
Method:
Heat a kadai and add the chopped the ladys finger and saute till the moist is evopourated from the ladys finger
Cover and fry the ladys finger by adding 3 tblspn of oil
Once the ladys finger is cooked well add the salt as per taste and sambar powder and mix well, let it simmer for 15 mins to get a crunchy texture to it
Hot and tasty Vendakkai roast is ready
Best eaten with dal or curd rice...😋😋😋
