Raw Mango Rice

Ingredients:
Rice: 2cups
Raw mango: 2nos
Mustard : 2tspn
Fenugreek seeds: 2 tspn
Green chilly:4 now
Chenna dal: 1 tspn
Urad dal: 1 tspn
Peanuts: 1 tblspn
Curry leaves: 10 leaves
Turmeric:1/2 tspn
Sesame oil: 2 tblpsn
Asetofida: 1/2 tspn
Salt as per taste

Pre Preparation:
- Cook rice and cool it completely
- Grate the raw mango and slice the green chilly
- Dry roast 1 tspn mustard, fenugreek and make a fine powder and keep aside
Method:
- Heat a kadai and add the oil
- Temper the mustard,urad dal, chenna dal and asetofida
- Add curry, green chilly,Peanuts and saute well
- Add salt, turmeric powder and grated raw mango and cook for 5 mins
- Add the rice and mix well
- Add the roasted powder and mix well and switch of the flame
