Easy Panner butter Masala under 15 mins.....!!!!!
Ingredients required:
Panner- 200grms
Onion- 4
Tomatoes - 4
Cashewnuts- 10
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tblspn
Kashmiri red chilly powder- 2 tblspn
Corainder powder- 2 tblspn
Garam masala- 1 tblspn
Kasuri methi- 1 tblspn
Salt - as required
Butter- 2 tblspn
Oil - 2 tblspn
Cream- 2 tblspn (optional)
Cardamom -2 pods
Bayleaf - 1
Required time 15 mins+ 10 mins prep time

Required time 15 mins+ 10 mins prep time

- Heat a pan add 2 tblspn oil, once the oil is heated add 2 green cardamom roughly chopped onions and tomatoes, saute slightly till the it becomes soft
- Add cashewnuts and ginger garlic paste and saute.
- Once half cooked add in the red chilly powder and coriander powder and saute.
- Keep the flame in medium to high
- Add in the garam masala and half tablspn kasuri methi and saute for 5 mins
- Once everything is well combined switch off the flame and cool it.
- Once the mixture is cooled well grind it in a blender to a smooth paste
- Heat the same pan and add in the butter, once the butter is heated add 1 bay leaf
- Add in the ground paste and half cup of water and saute well
- Once it is cooked well and oils released in sides of the pan add the panner which cut into cubes and mix well
- Cover and cook for 5 mins
- Hand crush the kasuri methi and mix well
- Add cream on top.
- Easy Panner butter masala is ready to serve in just 15 mins.Serve it with hot roti, parathas or pulav
