Street style Bombay Veg Sandwich

Ingredients:
Bread: 8 slice
Butter : 2 tblspn
For potato filling:
Potato: 3 nos
Onions: 2 nos
Red chilly powder: 1 tspn
Chat masala:1 tspn
Garam masala: 1/2 tspn
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tspn
Salt as per taste
For green chutney:
Green chilly: 3
Coriander leaves: hand full
Mint leaves: hand full
Cumin seeds: 1 tspn
Ginger: 1 inch
Salt as per taste

Pre-preparation:
- Boil the potatoes and mash it
- Finely chop the onions
- Melt the butter in bowl
Method:
- Take a mixing bowl and add the mashed potato
- Add red chilly,garam masala powder,turmeric,chat masala, salt and mix well
- Add green chilly,coriander leaves,mint leaves,cumin seeds, ginger,salt in mixer grinder and make a smooth paste
- Pre heat the tava or toaster
- Take a bread slice and spread 1 tspn of green chutney and a layer of potato filling and cover with another slice of bread and place on the tava or toaster
- Add butter both side and toast well
Super simple street style Bombay veg Sandwich is ready to eat
For additional taste grated cheese can be add on top of the potato filling
Serve with ketchup or green chutney
