Finger licking tasty Dum Aloo for Chapathi,Naan and roti....!!!!

Ingredients:
Baby Potato:200 grms
Onions: 4 nos
Tomato: 4 nos
Cashew nuts: 15 nos
kasuri methi: 1 tblspn
Red chilly powder: 2 tspn
coriander powder: 2 tspn
Garam Masala: 1 tspn
Butter: 2 tblspn
Ginger & garlic paste: 1 tblspn
Oil: 2 tspn
Cardamom: 2 pods
Salt as per taste
Fresh cream: 1 tspn(optional)

Method:
- Boil the baby potato and peel and pierce 4 sides with a fork
- Heat a pan and add 1 tspn of oil and add the baby potatoes along with 1/2 tspn red chilly powder and some salt in high flame
- Roast the potatoes well and keep aside
- In the same pan add 1tspn of oil and add Cardamom,roughly chopped onions, tomatoes,cashew nuts,ginger garlic paste, cook it and well until everything becomes soft
- Grind the mixture into fine paste once cooled
- In the same pan,melt the butter and add the ground masala along with some water
- Add Red chilly powder, coriander powder,garam masala,Salt as per taste and mix well
- Once the gravy is cooked well add the roasted potatoes and mix well
- Simmer it for 5 mins and switch off the flame adding kasuri methi on top
- Add fresh cream for garnishing,which is optional
Finger licking tasty Dum Aloo is ready to serve, Best eaten with Chapathi,Naan and Roti...!!!!
