Super healthy Vegetable Omelette for a filling breakfast...!!!!

Ingredients:
Eggs: 3 nos
Onions: 2 nos
Mushroom(optional): 5nos
Capsicum: 1 no
Spring onions: 4 strands
green chilies: 3 nos
tomatoes: 1 no
turmeric powder: 1/2 tspn
red chilly powder: 1 tspn
coriander powder: 1 tspn
butter: 2 tblspn
Salt as per taste

Method:
- Finely chop all the vegies
- Take a mixing powder, beat the eggs and add salt,red chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder, chopped vegies and mix well until it combines with the egg
- Heat a pan or tava add the butter
- once butter is melted add the egg mixture and spread as required and cook both sides in low flame
Super fluffy and healthy Vegetable Omelette is ready for filling breakfast...
